Requirements for Boarding

All pets must be current on all vaccinations which include DHLPPC, Rabies and Bordetella (BV within 6 months). All animals must be free of internal and/or external parasites (ex. ticks, fleas, parasites, etc.), or they will be treated at owner's expense has my permission to do whatever is necessary should an emergency arise. If a tranquilizer is necessary for treatment or handling, has my permission to administer such medication, at owner’s expense. Transmission of contagious disease is a possibility in any kennel. Contagion is uncommon and the diseases are usually mild. Despite our best efforts to avoid transmission, boarding pets can acquire contagious diseases. Owners must be aware of this risk and assume responsibility for any additional expenses in treating a pet while boarding and after it has returned home. Pets may be picked up before 6 PM Monday through Friday, and before 12 PM on Saturday. No exceptions. I give permission for my pet(s) to be photographed, or their images to be posted on Eastside Veterinary Hospital's website or social media pages.
